Simply click "Install Bot" from your server selection page. You'll be redirected to Discord to authorize the bot. Make sure you have administrator permissions on the server you want to add it to.

While we have robust systems to prevent deployment issues, this might rarely happen when we're rolling out new features and the bot is briefly restarting. Don't worry though - just hit the "Redeploy" button on your giveaway and it will be posted to Discord immediately like nothing ever happened. We regularly update our bot with new features to help your Discord servers & communities grow, which means if you're unlucky, you might have created a giveaway during our 30sec-1min restart frame.

ScopliDrop needs permissions to send messages, embed links, add reactions, and manage messages in your chosen channels. We only request what's necessary for giveaway functionality.

After installing the bot, visit your dashboard, select your server, and click "Create Giveaway". Fill in the details, choose your tasks, and publish. The bot will automatically post it to your selected Discord channel.

Users click the bot's message in Discord, get a personalized link, complete tasks on a clean web page, then return to Discord where their entries are confirmed. It's seamless and engaging.

No, to maintain fairness and prevent potential scams, giveaways cannot be edited once they're live. However, you can easily delete the current giveaway and create a new one - the setup process takes no more than 30 seconds.

Absolutely! ScopliDrop can be installed on unlimited servers with basic features available everywhere. Premium features are activated through server slots - Premium plan includes 1 slot, Business includes 2 slots, and you can add more slots for $5/month each.

We only collect what's needed for giveaway functionality: Discord usernames, completed tasks, and any information users voluntarily provide (like email addresses for newsletter tasks). We never sell or misuse this data.

Nope! Your giveaways can have unlimited participants. Our infrastructure automatically scales to handle everything from small community events to viral campaigns with thousands of entries.

We respond within 24 hours maximum on Discord, but usually much faster (2-4 hours average). Our community is active 24/7, so you often get help immediately from other users and moderators.

Templates are shared within your Discord server. Once you create a template, other administrators in your server can view and reuse it for their own giveaways. This makes it easy for your team to maintain consistency across all server events and saves time when creating similar giveaways.

Discord tasks require specific permissions to function properly. First, make sure the ScopliDrop bot has "Manage Server" permissions to track invitation links and server joins. Second, the bot must be present in any target servers you want users to join. Without these permissions, Discord tasks like server invites cannot verify completion automatically.

Nothing! You can safely delete templates even when they're being used in active giveaways. Once a giveaway is created from a template, it becomes independent. Deleting the original template won't affect any existing giveaways that were created from it.

You need either "Administrator" or "Manage Server" permissions on your Discord server to install and configure ScopliDrop. These permissions allow you to authorize the bot, set up channels, and manage giveaway settings. Regular members without these permissions cannot install or configure the bot for the server.
