1. Eligibility

To use ScopliDrop, you must be at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

• Minimum age: 13 years old (Discord's requirement)
• Legal capacity to agree to terms and conditions
• Parental permission required if under age of majority in your region
• Must comply with local laws regarding online contests and giveaways

2. Account Registration

Some features of ScopliDrop may require account registration or Discord authentication.

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
• One person, one account. Creating multiple accounts to evade bans or manipulate giveaways is prohibited.

3. Billing & Refunds

ScopliDrop offers subscription plans for advanced features. Billing is handled through secure third-party payment processors.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• We offer a 24-hour refund policy for new subscriptions - no questions asked.
• Refunds after 24 hours are at our discretion and require valid reasoning.
• Violations leading to account termination void any refund eligibility.
• You can cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings.

Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will affect your subscription only upon your next billing cycle.

4. Use of the Service

ScopliDrop allows users to:

• Participate in giveaways by completing optional tasks.
• Host giveaways via connected Discord servers (if authorized).
• Create and manage tasks including social actions (e.g., follow on X/Twitter), form submissions, or Discord engagement.
• Access features based on your subscription tier.

You agree not to:

• Use bots or automation to cheat or spam giveaways.
• Manipulate task systems, prize delivery, or user data.
• Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
• Infringe on third-party rights or break any applicable law.

5. Giveaways & Tasks

Server Admin Responsibilities:

Available Task Types:

• Following social media accounts (Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Joining Discord servers
• Submitting email addresses for newsletters
• Watching or liking videos
• Visiting websites or pages
• Custom verification tasks (coming soon with API/webhooks)

Server Admins are prohibited from using the platform to distribute malicious content, including but not limited to phishing links, malware, or other deceptive content that could compromise user security. While ScopliDrop implements security measures, we cannot guarantee the safety of all external links or tasks. Server Admins found to be deliberately compromising user security will be immediately terminated from the platform and may face legal consequences.

5A. Giveaway Rules & Restrictions

Giveaways must comply with the laws applicable in both the organizer's and participants' jurisdictions, as well as Discord's terms. Here's what's strictly prohibited:

5B. Public Giveaway Listings

ScopliDrop features a Public Giveaway Listing, showcasing giveaways on our homepage and explore feeds. We maintain strict standards for public listings to protect our community.

To be publicly listed, a giveaway must:

• Fully comply with Section 5A.
• Offer a legitimate, clearly described prize.
• Include a start and end date, and explain how winners are chosen.
• Be hosted by a trusted, previously verified organizer.
• Avoid spammy, deceptive, or clickbait language.

Important Notice About Fraudulent Giveaways:

• While we strive to maintain platform integrity, users are responsible for their own due diligence.
• We strongly recommend investigating any Discord server and organizer before participating in giveaways.
• ScopliDrop is not responsible for fraudulent giveaways or losses incurred.
• However, we take a zero-tolerance stance on proven scams or harmful giveaways:
• The entire Discord community involved will be permanently banned from the platform.
• The Discord ID of the person who posted the fraudulent giveaway will be permanently banned from using ScopliDrop on any server.
• These bans are non-appealable and extend to all associated accounts and servers.

Scoplify reserves the right to deny or remove public listings at our sole discretion to protect platform integrity. We actively monitor public listings and encourage users to report suspicious activity through our Discord support.

5C. Use of Participant Data

When you enter a giveaway and complete tasks that involve sharing personal information (such as email addresses), that data may be shared with the giveaway host for legitimate purposes including:

• Contacting winners and prize delivery
• Sending promotional content (only if you explicitly opted in)
• Verifying task completion and preventing fraud

Giveaway hosts are strictly prohibited from:

• Selling participant data to third parties
• Using data for purposes unrelated to the giveaway
• Sending excessive or unwanted communications
• Sharing data without explicit participant consent

Violation of these data usage rules will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action. All data collection and usage must comply with applicable privacy laws including GDPR.

6. Platform Integrity and Fairness

ScopliDrop is committed to maintaining the highest standards of fairness and integrity. Our platform uses transparent algorithms and verification systems to ensure legitimate giveaway operations.

We employ various anti-fraud measures including:

• Device and IP tracking to identify suspicious patterns
• Account age verification and activity monitoring
• Task completion verification through APIs and smart detection
• Community reporting systems for flagging problematic content

Users who attempt to manipulate the platform, create fake entries, or engage in fraudulent behavior will be permanently banned. We reserve the right to void any giveaway entries or winnings obtained through fraudulent means.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and tools provided by ScopliDrop remain the property of Scoplify or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without explicit permission.

ScopliDrop is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for reliable service, we cannot guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• That all giveaway hosts will deliver promised prizes
• The accuracy of all user-submitted content
• Protection against all forms of fraud or abuse

Users participate in giveaways at their own risk and are responsible for verifying the legitimacy of prizes and organizers.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scoplify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from fraudulent giveaways or undelivered prizes
• Service interruptions or technical failures
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of user data

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of ScopliDrop shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our service, applicable laws, or other legitimate business reasons. When we make significant changes, we will:

• Post the updated Terms on our website
• Notify users through our Discord community
• Send email notifications (if applicable)
• Provide at least 30 days notice for material changes

Continued use of ScopliDrop after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. You agree to resolve any disputes through competent courts in that jurisdiction.
