Rewards Shop Terms

Last Updated: August 10, 2026

These Rewards Shop Terms govern redeeming Crowns for rewards in the ScopliDrop shop. They supplement and form part of our Offerwall Terms and our Terms of Service. In case of conflict, the Terms of Service prevail.

1. Overview

The ScopliDrop Rewards Shop lets you redeem Crowns, the promotional reward balance earned by completing offers on the Earn page, for rewards such as game currency, gift cards, subscriptions, and cash sent by PayPal. Using the shop is entirely optional.

These Terms set the rules for redemptions: what redeeming does, how delivery works, the specific conditions that apply to cash rewards, and the circumstances in which we may withhold, reverse, or forfeit a redemption. By redeeming any item you accept these Terms.

2. Crowns

  • Crowns are a promotional reward balance. They are not money, electronic money, or a payment instrument, and they confer no ownership or interest of any kind.
  • Crowns are obtained exclusively by completing offers on the Earn page. We never sell Crowns, and no one is authorized to sell them on our behalf.
  • Crowns never convert to or from ScopliPoints. The two balances are separate, and ScopliPoints cannot be used in the shop.
  • Crowns expire after 12 consecutive months of account inactivity, as described in the Offerwall Terms.
  • Catalog prices are set in Crowns and may change at any time. Price changes never affect a redemption already completed. Any approximate dollar or retail values displayed alongside Crowns or catalog items are informational only and are not a commitment to a conversion rate.

3. Redemptions and the Claim Window

Redeeming an item deducts its Crown price from your balance immediately and reserves the reward on your account for 30 days. To receive the reward, you open a support ticket on the ScopliDrop Discord within that window and provide the delivery details the item requires.

If you do not claim a reserved reward within 30 days, the reservation lapses and the reward is forfeited. If that happens, contact support: where the lapse was a good-faith oversight, we may restore the Crowns to your balance at our discretion.

The clock stops while we hold a claim. Where we delay a delivery because your account is under review, as described in sections 5 and 6, the 30 days are extended by the length of that hold. A review we started can never be the reason your reservation runs out.

Stock is limited for some items. An item shown in the catalog is not a guarantee of availability at any future time, and we may add, remove, reprice, or replace catalog items at any time.

4. Delivery

  • Delivery runs through your claim ticket. Every reward is delivered inside the support ticket you open, and nothing is sent to you before you open one. Within that ticket, some rewards are issued automatically once your details are confirmed, and others are handed over by a member of our team. We aim to deliver within 48 hours of a complete claim. This is a target, not a guarantee, and delays do not entitle you to compensation beyond the reward itself. We state a target here, and not for prizes won from the lootbox, because you spent a balance to get this and knowing roughly when it arrives is part of what you agreed to.
  • Your details, your responsibility. Rewards are delivered to the account details you provide (for example a Roblox username, Riot ID, or PayPal email). We are not responsible for rewards sent to details you provided incorrectly.
  • Codes and keys are as-is. Game keys, gift card codes, and similar items are supplied by third parties. They may be region-locked or platform-locked, which is stated on the item where applicable. Once a code or key has been revealed to you, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Keys that do not work. If a key is invalid or already redeemed when you first try it, tell us within 7 days of revealing it and we will verify with our supplier and replace it. Outside that window we will still look, but we cannot promise a replacement, because a key that sat unused for weeks cannot be distinguished from one that was used.
  • Substitution. If an item becomes unavailable after you redeem it, we will offer an equivalent reward of equal or greater value, or restore your Crowns, at your choice. You get that choice here, where the equivalent rule for a lootbox prize leaves the replacement to us, for a simple reason: you spent Crowns on this, so giving them back is a remedy that exists. Nothing was spent on a prize you won, so there is nothing to give back.
  • Account requirements. Some rewards require an account with the relevant third party (Roblox, Riot Games, Google, PayPal, Steam). Creating and maintaining that account, and its good standing, is your responsibility.

5. Cash Rewards (PayPal)

Rewards paid in money, such as PayPal balance, carry additional conditions because a cash payment cannot be recalled once sent:

  • Recipient account. Cash is sent only to the PayPal account you specify in the claim ticket. You confirm the account is yours and able to receive payments. We may ask you to verify ownership before sending.
  • Age. PayPal requires its account holders to be adults (18, or the age of majority where you live). Because cash is sent only to a PayPal account held in your own name, cash rewards are available only to users old enough to lawfully hold one.
  • Final once sent. A cash payment is final once transmitted. Fees, currency conversion, holds, or limitations applied by PayPal on the receiving side are outside our control.
  • Fraud review before payout. Advertisers can reverse a conversion at any time, and there is no fixed period after which earnings become final. We may therefore delay or withhold a cash redemption while your account is under review, while it carries unresolved reversals, or while recent earnings still look unsettled. Where a review confirms the earnings were legitimate, the payout proceeds.
  • No payout on negative or sanctioned balances. We do not send cash, or deliver any other reward, while your Crown balance is negative from reversals, or while your account is subject to enforcement under the Offerwall Terms.
  • Availability. Cash rewards may be limited per user or per period, and may be removed from the catalog at any time.

6. Fraud, Forfeiture, and Holds

The shop is the spending side of the offerwall, and the anti-fraud rules of the Offerwall Terms extend to it in full. In particular:

  • Crowns earned through conduct that violates the Offerwall Terms may be forfeited, whether or not they have been spent, and redemptions funded by them may be cancelled before delivery.
  • Accounts blocked from earning cannot redeem. We may suspend shop access for an account under investigation, and lift the suspension if the review clears it.
  • If an advertiser reversal arrives after a reward funded by the reversed earnings has already been delivered, the corresponding deficit remains on your balance and must be cleared by future earnings before further redemptions. Where the reversals result from conduct prohibited by the Offerwall Terms, or where a significant deficit is left with no good-faith effort to clear it, we may additionally suspend or permanently ban the account from the offerwall, the shop, or ScopliDrop entirely, as described in the Offerwall Terms.

Enforcement decisions are made in good faith on the totality of evidence and can be appealed through support, as described in the Offerwall Terms.

7. Non-Transferability and Taxes

Crowns are personal to your account and can never be transferred to anyone, in any amount, for any reason. No transfer path for them exists. Rewards you redeem are also personal to you: they cannot be sold, exchanged for money, currency, or anything of value, or handed to someone else outside the platform. Accounts or balances offered for sale are subject to enforcement under the Offerwall Terms. We may decline delivery to account details that we reasonably believe belong to someone other than you.

One exception, for items only. Some reward types are marked tradable and can be swapped with another member through the /trade command, item for item. Crowns and every other currency stay outside a trade entirely: never part of one, never offered alongside one, never a condition of one. Cash rewards can never be traded, and a reward whose code has already been revealed to you cannot be traded afterwards. Your inventory shows which of your items are tradable, and the full conditions are in section 13 of our Lootbox Rules.

You are responsible for any tax obligations that receiving a reward may create in your jurisdiction.

8. Third-Party Brands

ScopliDrop and Scoplify are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation, Discord Inc., Google, PayPal, Riot Games, Valve, or any other brand whose products appear as rewards. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the rewards. Rewards are sourced by us at retail and delivered as a promotional benefit; the brand owners are not a party to these Terms.

9. Updates to These Terms

These Rewards Shop Terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in the catalog, delivery mechanics, fraud controls, or applicable law. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

Redemptions made after a change are governed by the updated Terms. Redemptions already completed are governed by the Terms in force when they were made.
