These Offerwall Terms are binding on all users who participate in the ScopliDrop Earn page offerwall. They supplement and form part of our Lootbox Rules and our Terms of Service. In case of conflict between these Terms, the Lootbox Rules, and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service prevail.
The ScopliDrop offerwall lets you complete optional tasks (such as surveys, free trials, or app installs) provided by an external advertising partner, in exchange for ScopliPoints and Crowns. Using the offerwall is entirely optional and never required to access ScopliDrop.
These Offerwall Terms set the rules for participating, the anti-fraud expectations we and our partner enforce, what happens when an offer is reversed, and the consequences for violating these rules. They sit on top of the rules described in our Lootbox Rules and Terms of Service.
To use the offerwall you must:
Some individual offers may require participants to be 18 or older. Where an offer has its own age requirement, you confirm you meet it by starting the offer.
The offerwall is powered by our third-party partner ayeT-Studios GmbH (Germany). When you click an offer or survey on the Earn page, you are redirected to ayeT-Studios's tracking domain and (typically) onward to the advertiser's site or app.
You complete the offer following the instructions provided. The advertiser and ayeT-Studios verify your completion. Once verified, ayeT-Studios sends a callback to ScopliDrop, and we credit your account.
Most offers credit two balances at once: ScopliPoints, the engagement metric spent inside the ScopliDrop community, and Crowns, the promotional reward balance spent in the Rewards Shop under the Rewards Shop Terms. Offer steps that involve a real-money purchase inside the advertised app credit Crowns only. The amounts each offer pays are displayed before you start it, and the two balances never convert into each other.

The offerwall is funded by advertisers who pay only for genuine, good-faith engagement. Cheating the system harms those advertisers, our partner, and the wider ScopliDrop community. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
Anti-fraud enforcement happens in two places. ayeT-Studios applies their own detection on completion attempts and may withhold credit independently. ScopliDrop applies enforcement at the account level. Either side can act, and the combined effect is described in the next sections.
Offers do not credit instantly in every case. The credit timing depends on the offer type, the advertiser's tracking, and ayeT-Studios's verification windows. Some offers settle in seconds, while others can take hours or days. We credit your balances only after we receive a confirmed callback from ayeT-Studios.
When an offer does not credit, it is almost always one of three things, and it is worth checking them before opening a ticket:
Reversals can happen for several reasons, including chargebacks initiated by the advertiser, fraud signals raised by the advertiser or by ayeT-Studios, and quality flags on survey responses. When a reversal is received, we deduct what was previously credited for that offer, from both balances where both were credited. A balance may briefly go negative as a result, which is the truthful reflection of the underlying state.
A reversal affects the offer it relates to, not your standing with us. Account-level enforcement is a separate matter with its own threshold, set out in section 7.
We honor partner reversals as received. If you believe a reversal was issued in error, you can raise the issue with our support team and we will assist in good faith, but we cannot override decisions made by the advertiser or by ayeT-Studios.
Crowns expire after 12 consecutive months of inactivity. Any of the following counts as activity and resets the 12-month period in full: earning Crowns from an offer, spending Crowns in the shop, or signing in and loading your balance on the Earn or Shop page.
When Crowns expire, the Crown balance is set to zero. Nothing else is affected: your account stays open, and your ScopliPoints, giveaway entries, and unclaimed prizes are untouched. Expiry applies only to the Crown balance.
Crowns cannot be purchased from us under any circumstances and are only ever obtained by completing offers, so an expiry never causes the loss of anything bought with money.
The expiry date for your balance is shown next to your Crown total on the Earn and Shop pages at all times, and is highlighted in the final 30 days. If you believe your balance expired in error, contact our support team via Discord support and we will review it in good faith.
When we identify a violation of these Offerwall Terms, the response is graduated to the severity and pattern of the behavior. Possible outcomes include any combination of the following:
Decisions are made in good faith based on the totality of available evidence, including signals from our partner. Patterns of behavior matter more than isolated incidents, and we communicate with users where appropriate before taking permanent action.
For issues with a specific offer (no credit after completion, pending reward stuck, survey quality flag, etc.), first check the three common causes in section 5. If none of them applies and the offer still has not credited 48 hours after you completed it, contact us via Discord support with the offer name and roughly when you completed it.
What we can do at that point is give you a dedicated support link that puts you in direct contact with ayeT-Studios about your specific offer, and escalate on your behalf where appropriate. We do this in good faith, but the decision is not ours to make. Whether an offer was genuinely completed is determined from the advertiser's and ayeT-Studios's tracking data, which only they hold. We see a confirmed callback or we see nothing, and we cannot audit, override, or reconstruct what happened on the advertiser's side.
Where a completion is not validated by the advertiser or by ayeT-Studios, we are not obliged to credit the reward from our own funds, and no reward is owed. We may choose to make a goodwill gesture, entirely at our discretion, and doing so on one occasion creates no entitlement or precedent for any future case.
Where we do make one, it takes the form of ScopliPoints. It is a gesture rather than a replacement for the reward: it is not a conversion, it does not restore a Crown balance, and it implies no rate or relationship between the two balances.
None of this affects our responsibility where the failure was ours, for example where a confirmed callback was received and we did not credit it correctly.
For account-level enforcement decisions (offerwall access removal, ScopliPoints forfeiture, platform ban), you may also contact support to request review. We commit to handling reviews promptly and fairly.
ScopliDrop forwards a strictly limited set of fields to ayeT-Studios when you open the Earn page (an opaque ScopliDrop user identifier, your IP address, your browser User-Agent, and your browser language for surveys). We do not share your Discord ID, Discord username, profile picture, email, fraud-prevention fingerprint, or any data obtained through the Discord API.
Once you click an offer, you leave ScopliDrop and become subject to ayeT-Studios's and the advertiser's own privacy practices. For the full data-flow disclosure, see our Privacy Policy.
These Offerwall Terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in offerwall mechanics, anti-fraud rules, partner relationships, or applicable law. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
Continued use of the offerwall after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
