Redeeming deducts the Crown price right away and reserves the reward on your account for 30 days. To collect it, open a support ticket on the ScopliDrop Discord server within that window and give the delivery details the item needs, for example a Roblox username or a PayPal email. Everything is delivered inside that ticket: some rewards are issued automatically once your details are confirmed, and others are handed over by a member of our team. We aim to deliver within 48 hours of a complete claim. If we put your claim on hold while we review something, the 30 days are extended by the length of that hold. No. Crowns come from completing offers on the Earn page and from nothing else. We never sell them, and nobody is authorized to sell them on our behalf. If you find Crowns or a ScopliDrop account offered for sale anywhere, it did not come from us, and buying one puts the account at risk of enforcement rather than getting you a balance.

No, the shop takes Crowns only. ScopliPoints are the community currency and they are spent inside our Discord, on auctions and PvP minigames. The two balances are separate and never convert into each other in either direction, so earning one never costs you the other.

They expire after 12 consecutive months of account inactivity. Any activity on your account resets that clock, and when an expiry date is set it is shown on your Crowns balance at the top of this page. Nothing you paid for can be lost this way, because Crowns are never for sale in the first place. The full rule lives in the Crowns expiry section of the Offerwall Terms.

Tell us within 7 days of revealing it and we will check with our supplier and replace it. Outside that window we will still look, but we cannot promise a replacement, because a key that sat unused for weeks cannot be told apart from one that was already redeemed. So reveal a key when you are ready to use it, and try it straight away. Codes and keys are supplied by third parties and may be region or platform locked, which is stated on the item where it applies.

You choose the outcome. We either provide an equivalent reward of equal or greater value, or put the Crowns back on your balance, whichever you prefer. Stock is limited on some items and the catalog changes, so an item on the shelf today is not a guarantee of availability later. Prices can change too, though a change never affects a redemption you already completed.

Because PayPal requires its own account holders to be adults, 18 or the age of majority where you live. Cash is sent only to a PayPal account held in your own name, so cash rewards are available only to users old enough to lawfully hold one. The rest of the catalog carries no such requirement.

Crowns can never move between accounts, in any amount, for any reason. No transfer path for them exists. Rewards you redeem are personal to you as well: they cannot be sold, exchanged for anything of value, or handed to someone else outside the platform. There is one narrow exception, for items only. Some reward types are marked tradable and can be swapped with another member through the /trade command, item for item. Cash rewards can never be traded, and once a code has been revealed to you that item cannot be traded afterwards. Your inventory shows which of your items are tradable.
