Give Winners a Private Claim Ticket, and Reroll No-Shows Automatically

When your Discord giveaway ends, each winner gets a green button that opens a private ticket with your staff. Set a claim deadline, and anyone who never shows up is rerolled to the next winner automatically.

Claim tickets add a green claim button to your Discord giveaway's winner announcement. A winner clicks it and the bot opens a private channel only they and your staff can see, pings your team, and posts a message to start handing over the prize.

Every claim runs on a deadline. Set how long a winner has to click. If they never show up, the bot draws a replacement automatically and gives them the same button, up to the number of tries you allow before the slot is forfeited.

How It Works

From the winning click to the closed ticket, in the order it happens

  1. 1

Turn on claim tickets and set the deadline

In the giveaway builder, enable claim tickets and pick the category your ticket channels are created under. That category is the only field you have to fill in; everything else starts on a sensible default you can change.

Set the claim window, anywhere from 1 minute to 30 days, and how many winners a single prize can pass through before it is forfeited. That reroll cap runs from 1 (the original winner only, no reroll) up to 5.

  2. 2

A winner clicks the claim button

The winner announcement carries a green claim button with a live claimed/total counter. When a winner clicks it, the bot opens a private channel that only they, the bot, and the staff roles you chose can see. Everyone else is denied access.

Your team is pinged the moment it opens, and the intro message posts with the winner, the prize, and the countdown deadline filled in. You control the channel name and that message with placeholders, so a ticket reads the way your server talks. Roles can also get silent access, seeing every ticket without a ping each time, which suits a fulfillment team.

  3. 3

    No-shows reroll on their own

This is the part that saves you the most time. When the deadline passes and a winner never claimed, the bot draws a replacement automatically and hands them the same button. It keeps going up to your reroll cap, then forfeits the slot. Set the cap to 1 and there is no reroll at all. The drawn winner either claims by the deadline or the slot is simply forfeited. On a giveaway with several winners the cap applies to each prize on its own, so one silent winner never holds up the others.

    👑 Winner: @kai

Winners must click the claim button below in 24 hours or they'll be replaced via reroll.

@kai holds the slot — winner 1 of 3. Each reroll retires the previous button so nobody claims from a stale message.

Add a prize pool and the reroll carries the prize with it: the no-show's reserved code is released back to the pool and the replacement winner gets one automatically, revealed inside their own ticket. Nobody on your team ever touches a code.

Close the ticket and keep the record

Once the prize is handed over, staff can close the ticket, and you decide whether the winner can close their own. Closing removes the channel so your category stays tidy.

Point claim tickets at a transcript channel and the bot posts a recap plus the full conversation as a file right before the channel is deleted, so a record of every handoff stays searchable long after the ticket is gone.

Setups This Enables

The same claim flow, tuned four ways

Live drops that never stall

A short claim window and a high reroll cap. If the drawn winner is not around, the next one is pulled within the minute, so a hype drop keeps moving instead of waiting on someone who wandered off.

High-value prize handoffs

A private channel where staff confirm the winner and coordinate shipping, redemption, or a payout, with a longer window so a winner in another time zone still gets a fair chance to respond.

A paper trail for every claim

A transcript channel turns each closed ticket into a searchable recap plus full log, handy for settling a dispute or showing a sponsor exactly how their prize reached a winner.

A delivery team on standby

Give a fulfillment role silent access to every ticket. They can work claims and close them out without being pinged on each one, while the roles you do want alerted still get the ping.

The Prize Reaches the Winner Without You Chasing It

A drawn winner who goes quiet used to be a manual chore. Now it is a deadline the bot enforces.

A winner is drawn and then goes quiet. Without claim tickets, someone on your team has to notice, wait a while, decide the winner is not coming back, and run a reroll by hand, often days later once the excitement has drained out of the giveaway.

Claim tickets turn that into one button and one deadline. The winner claims in a private channel where your staff can confirm them and coordinate delivery, and the clock handles the rest. When the window passes with no claim, the next winner is drawn on its own, with a fresh button already waiting for them.

Pair it with a prize pool and the winner's code is revealed right inside that ticket, so nobody on your team ever handles it. Put the giveaway on a recurring schedule and the whole loop runs itself. It launches, draws winners, hands off prizes, and rerolls no-shows, week after week.
