You set milestone tiers, each one a threshold of completed tasks paired with a bonus: complete 3 tasks for +10 entries, 6 tasks for +25, and so on. When an entrant crosses a threshold, that bonus is added on top of the entries their individual tasks already earned. Bonuses are cumulative, so reaching a higher tier also grants every tier below it.
Milestone Bonus Entries
Reward Entrants With Bonus Entries for Completing More Tasks
Set milestone tiers on your giveaway, and entrants earn extra entries the more tasks they finish. A live progress bar shows them exactly how many tasks stand between them and the next reward.
Milestone bonus entries reward entrants for doing more in your Discord giveaway. You set tiers, each one pairing a number of completed tasks with a reward. Every entrant who crosses a threshold earns those bonus entries on top of what their individual tasks already give, so a flat checklist becomes a ladder worth climbing.
As tasks get completed, a progress bar on the entry page fills toward the next milestone, with a dot for each tier and the exact reward waiting at it. Reaching a higher tier grants every tier below it too, so the running total the entrant watches is the number the server awards when they submit.
How It Works
From the tier ladder to awarded entries, in the order it happens
- 1
Build your milestone ladder
In the giveaway builder, turn on milestone bonus entries and add up to four tiers. Each tier reads as a sentence: complete this many tasks, get this many entries. A starter ladder might be 3 tasks for +10 entries, 6 tasks for +25, and all 10 for +100.
Thresholds have to climb from one tier to the next, so the ladder is always unambiguous. The builder also flags a threshold set higher than the number of tasks your giveaway has, so no tier is left unreachable.
- 2
Entrants watch the bar climb
On the entry page, a progress bar scaled to your top milestone shows a dot for every tier. It fills as tasks are completed, pulses the moment a milestone is crossed, and always names the next reward, for example "2 more tasks for +25 entries", so entrants know exactly what one more task is worth.
In Discord In-App giveaways the same progress shows inside the bot's entry replies, so the pull to finish the funnel works whether people enter on the web or entirely inside Discord.
- 3
Bonuses are awarded automatically
When an entrant submits, the server sums the bonus for every tier they reached and folds it into their entry count, on top of the entries their individual tasks already earned. There is no manual crediting.
Bonuses are cumulative: reaching a higher tier grants every tier below it too. The number the entrant watched climb on the bar is the exact number of chances they walk away with.

Setups This Enables
The same ladder, tuned three different ways
Rescue the one-and-done entrant
One low tier, finish 3 of your 5 tasks for +10 entries, gives a reason to keep going to the people who would otherwise take their single join entry and leave. The bar makes that next task feel worth it.
Reward the full-funnel finishers
A steep top tier, all eight tasks for +100, makes the entrants who complete everything far more likely to win than one-task entrants, without disqualifying anyone. Effort, not luck alone, tips the draw.
Run a Discord In-App completion chase
In a giveaway that never leaves Discord, members see their tier progress in the bot's entry reply and re-check to climb it, their entries rising as they satisfy more role and activity tasks.
Why Milestones Beat a Flat Task List
A flat checklist stops at the first task. A ladder keeps entrants climbing.
Most entrants do the minimum. They complete the one required task, take their single entry, and skip the rest, which are exactly the tasks that grow your server. A flat list gives them no reason to keep going.
A milestone ladder changes the entrant's math. Each extra task is now visibly worth something, and the progress bar makes the next reward feel one task away. You get more completed tasks per entrant, more follows, more roles claimed, more activity, from the same audience you already had.
And it stays fair. The low-effort entrant still gets in with their one entry, and nobody is locked out. The high-effort entrant simply earns proportionally more chances, so your most engaged members become your most likely winners.
