Only members with Administrator or Manage Server on the Discord server. Roles you granted dashboard access, even the Full manager preset, cannot open the Permissions tab or change grants. That rule is what stops grants from spreading. Nobody you appoint can appoint anyone else.

Let Your Mods Run Giveaways, Without Handing Them Admin
Pick any Discord role and grant it exactly the dashboard access you choose: create giveaways but not delete them, read analytics without personal data, post only in the channels you allow. Everything you do not grant stays locked.
Granular role permissions give any Discord role its own level of access to the giveaway dashboard, without granting it Administrator or Manage Server. Out of the box, only members with those two permissions can use your server's ScopliDrop dashboard. Role permissions open it up one role at a time: pick a role, tick what its members can do from 23 separate capabilities across 10 areas, and save. Members of that role get exactly those powers, nothing more.
Create, edit, and delete are separate grants, and every sensitive read is its own checkbox too: analytics, fraud data, collected emails, the audit log, prize codes. A helper who runs your giveaways never has to see a participant's email address.
Two whitelists scope where a role can act: the roles it may @mention and the channels it may post into. And View as role shows you the dashboard exactly as that role would see it, so you can check what a grant opens up before your team does.
How Role Permissions Work

Pick a role in the Permissions tab
Open the Permissions tab in the dashboard, press Add role, and pick any role from your Discord server. Only members with Administrator or Manage Server can open this tab and change grants, so the ability to hand out access never leaves the people who already run the server.

Tick exactly what it can do
The editor lists 23 separate capabilities, grouped into the 10 areas below. Tick what this role should have and leave the rest. Grants that depend on each other tick themselves, so granting fraud-flag management also brings the fraud view and the analytics dashboard it lives in. For your most trusted role, the Full manager preset grants everything at once.
Giveaways
Create, edit any, and delete any are three separate grants. Deleting is the one to hand out carefully.
Templates
Save, edit, and delete the server’s reusable giveaway and task templates.
Auctions
Start, edit, and delete currency auctions, each its own grant.
Scheduling
Create and manage scheduled giveaways. Granting it also grants creating giveaways, since a schedule launches one.
Analytics & data
Four separate grants: the analytics dashboard, fraud data, fraud-flag management, and collected emails.
Audit & compliance
Read the history of every team action on the server, with who did it and when.

Two tiers: full pool management, or release-only for staff who let a winner reveal their own code without ever seeing it.

Scope where it can act
The two whitelists appear only when the grants you ticked make them relevant. For a role that may post, you choose between any channel and a list you name, and that list covers every posting action the role holds: giveaways, auctions, scheduled giveaways, and reports. For a role that may ping, you choose between any role and exactly the ones you name. A post or ping outside the whitelist is refused.

Preview it with View as role
Every configured role has an eye button. One click and you are browsing the dashboard exactly as a member of that role would: the same tabs, the same buttons, the same locked doors. A banner keeps the preview visible and takes you back to your own view any time. If a grant opens more than you intended, you catch it here first.

Save, and it applies everywhere instantly
Grants take effect the moment you save. The same checks gate the dashboard and the giveaway commands your team runs from inside Discord, and everything they do lands in the server audit log with who did it and when.

A giveaway crew without the delete key
Grant create, edit any, and templates. Leave delete unticked. The crew launches and fixes any giveaway all week, and their own creations stay theirs to manage end to end. Deleting anyone else’s giveaway, which erases its analytics and winner records for good, stays with the admins.
An analytics helper who never sees personal data
Grant the analytics dashboard alone. They can study participation and conversion across every giveaway, while fraud detail and collected emails stay behind their own checkboxes, which you leave unticked.
A prize operator who never sees a code
Grant release codes to winners, not prize pool management. The operator checks a winner’s claim and presses Release, the winner reveals the code themselves, and the code itself never appears on the operator’s screen. How the vault side works is on the prize pools and code delivery page.
An events team locked to one channel
Grant create with the channel whitelist set to #events and the ping whitelist set to @Events. The team runs its own drops end to end, and the rest of the server never gets an off-topic giveaway or a stray ping.
Why Per-Role Grants Beat Handing Out Manage Server
More people can help, and nothing you did not grant is at risk
On Discord, letting someone help usually means handing them Manage Server, which grants far more than giveaways. The alternative is doing everything yourself, and then the giveaway calendar moves at the speed of your free time.
Granular grants end that trade. Your giveaway crew creates and edits, your analytics helper reads the numbers, your prize operator releases codes. Whoever builds a giveaway always keeps their own work, so nobody needs edit-any rights to fix their own typo, and everything beyond that follows the boxes you ticked.
