Build Your Discord Giveaway Once, Launch It Again in One Click

Save a complete giveaway setup with its tasks, prize format, referral rules, role pings, and requirements, then launch the next one from it in one click. Promote one template to server quickstart and every new giveaway on your Discord server starts from those defaults, auto-loaded on the dashboard and offered in the bot.

A Discord giveaway template is a saved snapshot of a full giveaway setup: prize format, winner count, entry mode, the task lineup, referral settings, entry requirements, role pings, image, and channel. Launch from one and the builder prefills every field, so you change the prize, pick the dates, and publish.

Task lineups are saved separately as task templates. A giveaway template links one, and several giveaway templates can share the same lineup, so you build "Join the server + Follow the sponsor" once and edit it in one place while every setup that uses it stays current.

One giveaway template can be promoted to the server quickstart, the default your server starts from. The dashboard creation form auto-loads it the moment it opens, and a quick giveaway started in Discord shows you exactly what the quickstart will add before anything is posted.

How It Works

From a saved setup to a server where every giveaway starts from your defaults, in the order it happens

  1. 1

Save a setup as a template

Three ways in: save from the giveaway builder while you configure, build one from scratch in the Templates tab, or turn a giveaway you already ran into a template straight from its card. Saving a past run leaves out that run's own details, like its winners and message IDs. Templates come in two kinds:

A saved task lineup. Task lineups are built and managed on their own, and any giveaway that uses tasks picks one.

    Sponsor Campaign Lineup

Join, then follow the sponsor everywhere. Reused by every partner drop.

Several giveaway templates can link the same task template, so a lineup change lands in all of them at once. The Templates tab also keeps templates for your coin auctions, saved setups you relaunch an auction from, running alongside the giveaway system.

  2. 2

    Launch a giveaway from it

Pick the template in the builder and every field prefills. You change the prize, pick the dates, and publish. The configuration work you did the first time is already done. The same works in the scheduler, so a template can feed a scheduled giveaway or a recurring weekly series as easily as a launch right now.

The launched giveaway captures a full snapshot of its configuration, so editing the template afterwards only ever affects future launches. In Discord, /giveaway can also launch a complete template directly, once it has a prize, a task lineup, and either a duration or an evergreen end text.

  3. 3

Promote one template to server quickstart

The quickstart is your server-wide default: the giveaway template every new giveaway starts from. Promote one with "Set as server default" in a template card's actions menu, and Server Settings always shows which template currently holds the role. Each server has exactly one, and promoting a different template swaps the flag in the same action.

From then on, the dashboard creation form and the schedule form auto-load it whenever they open fresh. Anyone on your team who opens the form starts from your settled defaults instead of a blank page, and saving prompts stay quiet until they change something themselves.

  4. 4

Preview the quickstart before anything posts

A quick giveaway from /giveaway asks for a prize, a duration, and a winner count, plus an optional description. If the server has a quickstart, the bot answers with an ephemeral preview of what it would add: the image, the minimum account age, role pings, referral rules. You apply or skip it before the giveaway posts.

From launch on, a template giveaway behaves like any other. It ends, draws its winners, and hands them to claim tickets when the setup uses them, and the template carries that claim configuration too.

Setups This Enables

Three ways hosts put saved templates to work

The weekly community drop

Save your Friday Nitro giveaway as a template, load it into the scheduler, and turn on repeat. The setup you perfected once becomes a series that launches itself every week.

One lineup, every sponsor campaign

Build a "Join + Follow the sponsor" task template and link it from a giveaway template per sponsor. Each campaign keeps its own prize and branding, and a lineup change lands in all of them at once.

Guardrails your team inherits

Bake the minimum account age, blocked roles, and winner cooldown into the quickstart. Every giveaway a moderator starts on the dashboard begins with your safeguards already filled in, and a quick giveaway from Discord offers them before anything posts.

Your Tenth Giveaway Should Take Thirty Seconds

Templates keep the decisions and the quickstart hands them to your whole team

The first giveaway is where the decisions live: which tasks, what account age to require, which roles to ping, how referrals should pay out. Every giveaway after that is the same decisions re-entered by hand, and re-entering is where the mistakes happen. A template keeps the decisions made.

The quickstart extends that to your whole team. The safeguards you settled on are already in the form when a moderator opens it: minimum account age, blocked roles, winner cooldown. They are offered too when someone fires a quick giveaway from Discord. Consistency stops depending on everyone remembering the checklist.

Templates also feed the rest of the automation. The schedule form starts from the same saved setups, so the template you perfected is one repeat rule away from becoming a weekly series that launches itself.
